If you are a veteran and you need to get a property with a VA loan in the valley, then you have to get Rick to be your agent. VA loans can sometimes be tricky and through personal experience lenders, title companies, VA reps, and even sellers would just rather not be bothered with some of those complexities and act like the loan cannot happen.
